That’s how we feel and care for you from the first contact on the phone till the post-treatment phase.
Here’s how we work to give you the best treatment in the best conditions:
► 1- You make the first contact via phone, e-mail, whatsapp, facebook or instagram.
► 2- We get back to you within the 24 hours: One of our specialized personal agents will chat/correspond with you about your health problem, the treatment you request and during which we can ask from you some pictures, medical reports and materials such as x-rays.
► 3- Our doctors will study your situation and create a complete treatment plan (diagnosis, treatment schedule and phases, budget) that will be transmitted to you by your personal agent.
► 4- During your study/evaluation of the plan you may requesy a visual meeting with the specialized doctor, the author of your treatment plan.
► 5- Once you are decided to have the treatment and its start date with your doctor, our organisation team will take over for the arrangement of your flights, hotel accomodations, vip transfers, visa needs and all other special requests from you.
► 6- One day prior to your treatment date, you’ll be welcomed at the airport by your personal healt agent and your vip vehicle (which will assist and serve you during all your stay) by whom you'll be given all the information about your treatment week’s program during your transfer to your hotel, as well as the assistance for your check-in procedures.
► 7- On the first appointment day, you will be taken to our clinic by your agent and vip vehicle. You will meet your doctors, who after a last check-up and and a meeting with you over your health situation, will start your treatment.
► 8- Depending on the applied treatment, a number of clinic visits may be requested till the termination of the treatment. You will have a last check-up and be given informations about your post-treatment phase and follow-up procedures the day before your return date.
► 9- On your return day, you’ll be picked-up from your hotel by your personal health agent who accompany you to the airport and assist you through your flight check-in procedures.
